Emotions that get stuck are referred to as Attitudes. These attitudes can create obstructions which lead to physical, mental and emotional disharmony. There are five basic attitudes: worry, fear, anger, sadness and pretense or trying-to.  To harmonize these attitudes, hold one finger (either hand) for 3 breaths, 3 minutes or more. I hold until I feel calmer.
