Flow Tips

The SPLEEN FLOW

Nourishes the body; helps with fatigue; enhances circulation; calms the nervous system; helps calm symptoms related to seasonal and food allergies; clears infection; autoimmune; obsessive, unclear thinking, sluggishness, bloating. Steps of flow - below

 

Steps of Spleen Flow: hold each step for at least 2 minutes.

  • Step 1: Place your right hand on the space between the right inside ankle and heel. Place your left hand (back side or front side) on your tailbone. 
  • 2. Take your right hand and place it on the left side of your rib cage, keep your left hand on tailbone.
  • 3. Take your left hand and place it on the right side of your chest, about the 3rd rib down. 
  • 4. Take your left hand on left side of chest right below collar bone.
  • Reverse for the other side, starting with left hand on the space between left inside ankle and heel, right hand on tailbone

BLADDER FLOW

Harmonizes: obsessive/compulsive thinking; hoarding; feeling of lack; fear; stiff neck, low back, hip, knee and calf discomfort; prostate projects; headaches, dizziness, urinary track-related. Steps of flow - below

Steps of  Bladder Flow: hold each step for at least 2 minutes.

  • Step 1: Right hand holds left side of neck while placing left hand on tailbone.
  • 2. Move left hand to back of left knee, while keeping right hand on left side of neck.
  • 3. Move  left hand to outside of lower left ankle (between left ankle and heel) 
  • 4. Move left hand to left little toe. 
  • Reverse on the other side, starting with left hand on right side of neck; right hand on tailbone, etc.
